Cooking as a passion
It is no secret among my friends about how much I like to cook. Almost as much as I like to eat, hence the nice round buddha belly. The best I can trace my passion for food is how much I hated my mom's cooking. Once I was able to start cooking for myself I practically kicked her out of the kitchen, but she didn't mind the break. I worked in restaurants for almost three years starting out as a teenager. The best part was just going out to other restaurants with the wait staff.
Recipes
Here I am going to link to two things. First some recipes I have collected over the years. They aren't great and I'm not even promising that they are complete. I like to change things up on the spot all the time ... in CS lingo thats "just in time compiling". But I have had people ask for my recipes so much that I finally just put some of my favorites on my website that way they have access to them from anywhere. As for now the recipes are sorted by category since there aren't very many, maybe someday I will have enough to warrant a database or something.
Restaurant Reviews
As I also mentioned, I love eating out as well. Since I live in Hyde Park aka "Culinary Death Valley", I would like to put some reviews of restaurants that I recommend throughout the city. I am also putting in some places that I really like in some other cities as well, these places tend to be pricey but worth it. I hope you enjoy.
